Aging Gracefully

Age is just a number, and every stage of life can be beautiful. It also helps to keep your mind and body active. Don't get stagnant!

Amber Steward, my daughter had just injected lip filler in my lips the day before this picture was taken.

I'll turn 61 in June! I feel good and I'm so happy that I have choices at this point in my life. I can retire, I can keep teaching middle school, or I can do something entirely different. I'm praying and leaving it in Gods hands. If a door opens, great. If not, I'll just keep doing what I'm doing. This is a great Season of life. Who can relate?

Nourish Your Body and Soul

My family values always emphasize the importance of taking care of ourselves, and that may include making an appointment with an Aesthetic Nurse Injector 2 to 3 times a year.  I'm lucky my daughter, Amber is a nurse injector. There's nothing wrong with looking fresh and rested, that's what a good Nurse Injector can do for you. Lastly, eating good, wholesome food is good at any age.

Goat Soap! My good looking husband sells this amazing soap at his Farm and Ranch store in East Texas. It's gentle enough to wash your face with. We love it!

Stay Active, Laugh Often, Connect with God

My personal recipe for aging gracefully involves three key ingredients: staying active, laughing a lot, and dedicating quiet time each morning for prayer. Botox doesn't hurt either! Waking up a little earlier allows for that precious time with God, setting a positive tone for the day.

"Aging gracefully isn't just about looking younger, it's about being in the moment, and letting unforgettable moments happen naturally!
